It is super lightweight at 3,4kg, has knobs (which indeed are a bit tiny), faders (i use for organ drawbars) and RGB pads. In the studio i use my old trusted Kurzweil as a "real" master keyboard with 88 keys and hammer mechanic. The M-Audio Oxygen Pro 61 has a real MIDI out, and also the Novation Launchkey 61 MK3, that's the one I use. Most of these controller keyboards only have a USB connector to be used with a DAW, also the A61 by NI. If you want to play any real MIDI hardware like a synth module, you need a MIDI output, it's a 5-pin DIN plug. Today the word midi is used in DAWs to describe notes in any form to be played back by VSTis or connected hardware devices via MIDI cable.
